How do we move in the direction of our wholeness, in becoming whole? Can we be complete in our brokenness?
Be in the Moment
Personal transformation is a relentless process, never fully arriving at our completeness until the end of our lifetime. There can be a fullness in our brokenness by owning and embracing our life experience.
At this moment in time, no matter how we are, we are whole, fully there in the present. Trust that we have enough of our wholeness even if we are experiencing pain, brokenness, or living in a world that feels disjointed. We are much stronger than we think or fully comprehend.
Becoming Whole
How do we step into our wholeness? Maybe we are working to integrate how we see ourselves externally with how we know ourselves internally. Some days we feel we are moving forward. Other days may feel like a downhill landslide in reverse. The steps toward integration is a constant work in progress.
The critical component is to keep connecting our intentions with our actions toward the direction of the fullness of living, even when we may feel so far off our target sometimes. The mere fact that we get back up and step up to the table of transformation again is a tread in the right direction.

- Wrapped in gratitude?
- Overwhelmed by peace?
These moments are the breadcrumbs leading you on the trail to your becoming whole. Keep doing the work and moving in that direction of integration.
