In what ways do you recharge your spiritual energy? How do you manage that energy throughout the day? Spirituality is defined as having all your energy move in the same direction toward your Higher Power (God, Spirit, Love, etc.).
Spiritual Energy
In what ways do you harness your energy to engage with your Higher Power? How do you manage that energy? I am not talking about being in control. Instead, be an active participant with the spiritual energy that flows through you and around you, guiding you toward a higher purpose and deeper meaning in life.
Spiritual energy is a flow of love without borders or limits. Think of yourself as a dance partner with your spirituality in the rhythmic movement of life.
Are there moments when you are weary from the hectic pace of life and need time to recharge? Try more of these suggestions and a little less of the following.
A Lot More of This
- Understand that the holy has no boundaries.
- Be open to growth at every age of your life.
- Be an active participant and an observant listener throughout your life experiences.
- Show up often and with consistency at the table of curiosity and wonder in the world.
- Keep seeking and asking questions.
- Widen your perspective.
- Allow the spiritual energy to move in all spaces and places of your being.
A Little Less of This
- Compartmentalize your spirituality to only one location or one particular time of day.
- Force your spirituality to happen. Remember, it’s not about control.
- Try too hard to be connected with your Higher Power. Again, it is not about control.
- Stop asking questions and diminish your curiosity.
- Be quick to judge based on what you know about the mystery of the Spirit.
The intent here is to find what works for you, that helps you discover and receive the spiritual energy in all aspects of your life.
