Being fearless in curiosity is a courageous act of learning. Being inquisitive helps us lean into learning by asking questions such as, “How does this work?,” or “Tell me more about this.” The desire of seeking knowledge and acting on that desire is bold; it is courage in action.
Fearless in Curiosity
Do not be afraid to ask questions to expand your mindset no matter how foolish you may think the asking may be. If your questioning intends to increase your knowledge, then there is no such thing as a “dumb” question. Do not let fear hold you back from your drive to deepen your understanding in life.
Inquiry keeps our mind fresh with new ideas and gives us the space to foster creativity. There is an astonishing simplicity in being creative through curiosity. Through it, you are telling the world, “I want to know more. Help me increase my knowledge and expand my learning.” The possibilities then become endless.
Humility of Heart
Curiosity calls forth humility, a real understanding that we do not know everything, and some of what we know may need adjusting. The act of being curious is one of the most audacious practices we can do in our lives. Being inquisitive helps us in the quest to keep learning and to keep growing.
Learn something. – Leigh Anne Tuohy, from the movie, The Blind Side
Curiosity feeds the hunger for knowledge and is one of the paths to wisdom. Be curious. Seek life in the questions. Expand and grow your mindset.
What is the wisdom you have received by way of the curious mind? The questioning heart? The seeking intellect?
