Tonight, just before you go to bed, take a moment to be intentional about how you lived your life today.
- Let go – let go of any hurt or pain you may have experienced or caused.
- Let be – acknowledge all your life experiences today and let them be for what they are.
- Wait – pause for a moment to rest in stillness.
- Pay attention – be mindful of any insights from the day.
- Receive – open your mind and heart to receive any blessings or gifts or wisdom.
- Be grateful – take a moment to give thanks for the opportunity to live life in all its wildness, dullness, and extraordinary ordinariness today
- Befriend – be friends with all aspects of yourself, especially those pieces that still have rough edges; see them as opportunities for growth.
- Become – envision stepping into your best self.
- Believe – you are becoming who you are meant to be, and carry that mindset into the next day.
Rest well this night. You are ready for the day ahead of you.
