Personal growth covers a multitude of categories and is individualized for each of us. What are the areas of personal growth you are currently working?

The author has written an excellent book on advice for leading a tribe. Godin defines a tribe as a group of people connected to one another, to a leader, and an idea (p. 1). Two things are needed: a shared interest from the group and a way to communicate. (p. 2).
The author also provides some valuable elements for personal growth that are applicable whether or not you are in a leadership position.
