1. Excellence is not perfection; excellence is working to be better.
2. Show up every day. Follow through with excellence.
3. Who you are is your responsibility.

5. To connect with the heart, use your ears and listen between the lines.
6. Find the best in everyone and in everything.
7. Your attitude is a choice.
8. Courage is the willingness to risk doing what you are afraid to do. You cannot be courageous unless you are afraid. Fear and courage go together.
9. It is OK to make mistakes. Challenge changes us for the better.
10. Do what it takes to become better at who you are and at what you do.
I continue to grok on the wisdom that keeps challenging me to lean into self improvement. Remember, the journey toward getting better is a marathon and not a sprint. Keep seeking excellence in your life.
